Borno State Legislature
The Borno State Legislature, also known as the Borno State House of Assembly, is the legislative arm of the Borno State Government. It is a unicameral body, meaning it has a single chamber. The primary role of the legislature is to make laws for the good governance of the state, represent the interests of constituents, and perform oversight on the executive arm.

A bill can be introduced by a member or the executive.

It goes through three readings and committee review.
