Our correspondent reports that as Chairman of the Northern States Governors’ Forum, Governor Shettima has since made it a habit of attending key activities at the National level in order to create relationships and attract reciprocal goodwill from high level individuals and institutions of Government. Such goodwill has so far helped in attracting support to Borno State.
